No. There is no emergency surcharge. Every emergency appointment includes a comprehensive consultation for $120, which covers an examination of the problem, any required X-rays, clinical photographs, and a discussion of the recommended treatment. This consultation fee applies regardless of whether treatment is completed on the day.
Yes, you're welcome to walk in. However, as we also have scheduled appointments throughout the day, we recommend calling us first. This allows us to assess our availability and do our best to see you as soon as possible, minimising your wait time
Yes. We are open Saturday and Sunday 8am-2pm. Call us on (02) 9606 0553 and we will arrange an appointment as quickly as possible.
